A truly accurate prediction of our weather would require consideration of the following: tides temperature relative humidity wind speed and direction distance of the Gulf Stream offshore width of the Gulf Stream PLUS the "big" weather systems and the effect they may have on the preceding factors.

Some of these are predictable, others are not. Gulf Stream width & distance offshore are observations given in weather reports. The Gulf Stream is like a river held in place by water. It takes a river many years to shift course; the Gulf Stream does this in just a few hours.
