You just want to book some fun, and we do our best to get to deliver.  For those of you that also want to know the nitty gritty on some important legal issues, then this section is for you. Our website uses order forms for intelligent customers like you to book our services. We collect personally identifiable information such as your contact information (name, email address, telephone number, mailing address). This information tells us who you are personally and helps us deliver your services without a hitch. We also collect non-personally identifiable (eg, the URL you just surfed in from) plus financial information (credit card number and billing address).  Don’t worry, your information is highly protected.   Anything collected from our website will not be sold, leased, traded, or rented to third parties except for other divisions of Holiday Diver, Inc (who is the owner of this site and Divers Direct and Emocean Sports.)

That’s our goal on how well you’re protected on this site. We follow generally accepted industry standards allowing us to protect your personally identifiable information both during transmission, and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information on our end, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If you still have any concerns about ordering electronically, please call 305-415-1113, and simply place your order over the phone.  There you go, loophole.
